Since then it's been a book you read in reverse So you understand less as the pages turn Or a movie so crass And awkardly cast That even I could be the star.

 

It seems my head didn't get the message

About the new leaf. I found my first (four) grey hairs last night. I wonder what brought those on.

Oh, and threading hurts as much as waxing, but with somewhat less redness. And no icky wax. I give it half a thumbs up.

I found my first grays last week. Just in time for my 31st birthday. Wonderful. I'm considering coloring my hair for the first time in like, 10 years.

Threading is the Indian (I think) version of facial hair removal. The lady who did it had a long thread with a loop at the end and she kind of would trap a bunch of the hairs in the loop and then pull them out quickly. It's apparently more precise than waxing, so it's better for shaping brows.

Cost about $15, and my lady assured me that all the big movie stars are doing it.
